I’m Brittany Michelle, the heart and spirit behind Moonlit Mindfulness13. My journey into the transformative world of yoga began in 2008 at Cincinnati State, where I took my very first class and felt an awakening deep within me. In that sacred space, I discovered the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit—a connection that would guide my path in the years to come.
This journey has been nothing short of magical. After immersing myself in the practice, I embarked on an enriching adventure through 200 and 500-hour trainings, each step a testament to my commitment to the sacred art of yoga. With a heart full of gratitude, I have been blessed to receive certifications in a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Katona, prenatal, children’s yoga, chair yoga, breathwork, meditation, hatha, Kemetic yoga, and so much more. Each training shaped me, deepening my understanding of the human experience and illuminating the power of mindfulness and compassion.
At Moonlit Mindfulness13, I believe in the transformational power of yoga to uplift and heal. My mission is to create a nurturing space where all can explore their true selves. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just beginning to explore the beautiful path of mindfulness, you are welcomed here with open arms and an open heart.

My Personal Testimony
Yoga and breathwork have been the catalysts for profound transformation in my life, guiding me through shadows and into the radiant light of healing and self-discovery. Before I found this sacred practice, I felt a disconnect; the hustle of life often clouded my inner peace, leaving me yearning for a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment.
When I began my journey with yoga, I was merely seeking relaxation, but what I received was so much more. Each asana, each breath became a powerful tool for self-exploration and healing. With every practice, I slowly peeled back the layers of anxiety and doubt that had accumulated over the years. I learned to listen to my body, honor my feelings, and cultivate compassion for myself. The rhythm of my breath became a lifeline, anchoring me in moments of chaos and teaching me the art of mindfulness.
Through the steady practice of breathwork, I discovered the incredible healing power of my own breath—a simple yet profound gift that transformed the way I navigate life. Each inhalation filled me with vitality, while each exhalation released negativity and tension. This sacred exchange brought clarity, strength, and resilience, allowing me to embrace my authentic self.
As I embarked on this journey of healing, I felt an unmistakable calling to share these transformative practices with others. The joy of witnessing fellow souls reconnect with their essence has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I have seen how yoga and breathwork can empower others to break free from their limitations, ignite their inner light, and embrace their true potential.
Now, as a teacher, I am honored to guide others on their own unique journeys to healing and self-discovery. Each class is a sacred space where we come together in vulnerability and strength, forging connections that uplift and inspire.
